Quizzes

Quizzes let you add a simple knowledge check to a Knowledge Base article.
Each quiz is linked to one KB article, and each article can have one quiz. When the quiz is published, it appears below the article content on the frontend.

- Create quizzes for KB articles
- Add multiple-choice and true/false questions
- Include answer explanations
- Save drafts before publishing
- Show the quiz below the source article
- Generate a quiz draft with AI when AI Features Pro is available
Basic Setup

- Enable `Quizzes` in the default KB settings.
- Open the `Quizzes` admin menu.
- Create a new quiz and select a source article.
- Add questions manually or generate a draft with AI.
- Save the quiz as a draft or publish it.
- Open the source article and test the frontend quiz.
Using the Quizzes

The Quizzes screen has three main areas:
- Overview: shows the Quiz Library and existing quizzes
- Add and Edit Quiz: create, update, generate, publish, or delete a quiz
- Settings: controls shared frontend quiz text and colors
Inside the editor, you can:
- Enter a quiz title
- Select the source article
- Add intro text or instructions
- Add questions and answers
- Set the correct answer
- Add an explanation for each question
- Publish the quiz when it is ready
On the article page, learners can:
- Open the quiz with the start button
- Answer each question
- See whether the answer is correct or incorrect
- Read the explanation
- View a final score summary after all questions are answered
AI Features Pro

AI Features Pro adds quiz generation to the existing Quizzes editor.
With AI Features Pro, you can:
- Generate a draft quiz from the selected article
- Get a suggested title, intro, and questions
- Review and edit the generated content before publishing
AI-generated quizzes are saved as drafts first. They are not published automatically.
