Order Articles and Categories
In this article, we will discuss how to change the order of your articles and categories. You can choose to order them alphabetically, chronologically, or in a custom order.

To navigate to the settings for ordering articles and categories, follow these steps:
- Go to the KB Configurations.
- Click on the "Order Articles and Categories" tab.
- Select the option you wish to use for organizing your articles and categories.

The following is a description of each option.
- Category Sequence: Choose to order your categories alphabetically, chronologically, or in a custom order.
- Article Sequence: Choose to order your articles alphabetically, chronologically, or in a custom order.
- Show Articles: This option allows you to change the order of the categories relative to the articles, whether they are displayed above or below.
- Click "Next" to continue to the next step.

If you have chosen the "Custom - Drag and Drop" option, you can arrange your articles and categories in any order you wish by dragging and dropping them. Please note that the order can only be changed within each category container.
