In this article, we will discuss how to change the order of your articles and categories. You can choose to order them alphabetically, chronologically, or in a custom order.

Select "Order Articles and Categories" Option

To navigate to the settings for ordering articles and categories, follow these steps:

  1. Go to KB Configurations.
  2. Click on the "Order Articles and Categories" tab.
  3. Select your desired organization option.

Here are descriptions of each option:

  1. Category Sequence: Order your categories alphabetically, chronologically, or in a custom manner.
  2. Article Sequence: Order your articles alphabetically, chronologically, or in a custom manner.
  3. Show Articles: Position categories either above or below their associated articles.
  4. Click "Next" to proceed

If you selected the "Custom - Drag and Drop" option, arrange your articles and categories by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order. Please note that you can only change the order within each category.
