CSV File Requirements:
- The file must be in CSV format and have the .csv extension.
- The CSV file needs to have a header and one or more rows, one for each article.
- The file must have a header with ‘title’ and ‘content’ columns at a minimum.
Requirements for CSV Columns
Title
column
- Mandatory column
- Each row must have a title value
Content
column
- Mandatory column
- Value can be empty
- Value can be in HTML format
Content Part #
column
- Optional column named e.g. Content Part #1
- It’s used if the content is larger than the cell limit of 32767 characters.
Excerpt
column
- Optional column
- It uses basic text, not HTML
Categories
column
- Optional column
- One or More KB Category names separated by comma
Tags
column
- Optional column
- One or More KB Category names separated by comma
Date
column
- Optional column
- Value can be empty
- Value must be date format
Status
column
- Optional column
- It is a valid post status
