You can either skip this step or get the KB Groups add-on here.
A user of the Knowledge Base (Subscriber, Author, Editor) can be assigned to one or more KB Groups.
Or assign a user as a KB Manager, Learn More.

You can add users to a group in two ways:
- manually assigning them or
- mapping them through WordPress roles using Role Mappings admin screen
Manual Assignement
- Choose the Users tab.
- Choose the Group you want to edit.
- Choose the role to which you want to add users.
- You can search for users if you have a large number.
- Click to add a user to this role.
