Add articles, categories, and tags using any of the following methods:
a) Add articles, categories, and tags manually (see below)
b) Import articles, categories, tags, and more. See the Import Scenarios Overview
c) Convert posts to articles and categories. See Convert Posts/CPTs to Articles

Copy the URL link to this section to share
Click on the "Edit KB Articles" button and begin adding or updating your articles. Remember to add a category to each article.

Click on the "Edit KB Categories" button to start adding or editing categories for your knowledge base. Then, assign articles to the new categories':
