2. Add Articles and Categories

In this step, you can add categories and articles to your Knowledge Base.

Click on the Edit KB Articles button and start adding and updating your articles. Remember to add a category to each article.

Click on the Edit KB Categories button and start adding and editing categories for your knowledge base. Then assign articles to your new categories.
