Add articles, categories, and tags in one of three ways:
- Add articles, categories, and tags manually
- Import articles, categories, tags, and more. See the Import Scenarios Overview
- Convert posts to articles and categories. See Convert Posts/CPTs to Articles
In this step, you can manually add categories and articles to your Knowledge Base.
Click on the "Edit KB Articles" button and begin adding or updating your articles. Remember to add a category to each article.
Click on the "Edit KB Categories" button to start adding or editing categories for your knowledge base. Then, assign articles to the new categories':
