AI Advanced Search

Introducing AI Advanced Search a first-of-its-kind, multi-panel search experience. We pioneered a results layout that runs multiple AI prompts in parallel to surface not just an answer or article list, but complementary sections like Tips, Glossary, Related Questions, and more so users get clarity faster.

Choose between 1–3 columns with adjustable widths. Assign which sections appear in each column and set their display order to match your use case.

Generates a concise, accurate response based on the user’s query and your knowledge base content.

Shows a list of relevant articles found using the user’s search criteria.

Suggests alternative questions the user might ask next. Selecting one runs a new search with that query.

Offers high-value keywords to refine the search. Selecting a keyword triggers an updated query

Lets users rate whether the results were helpful. Use this input to improve articles and fine-tune AI behavior.

Displays actionable tips related to the query to guide users and help troubleshoot common issues.

Defines key terms from your knowledge base so users can better understand the AI answer and related articles.

If users still need help, present a contact form directly in the results. This reduces frustration and helps them get assistance right away.
