Search Box Configuration
The Knowledge Base (KB) search box is located at the top of the KB Main Page and article pages.
It uses the default WordPress search functionality. Users can start a search by entering a keyword and pressing the enter key.
For more advanced search features, like searching tags, filtering by categories, highlighting keywords and access to advanced styling options, consider using the Advanced Search Add-on.
Search Box Style and Color
Access the basic configurations for your Knowledge Base search under admin > knowledge base > configuration > 'Settings' tab. In the 'Search Box' section, you'll find various customization options, including colors, width, and more.
Search Labels
Configure your Knowledge Base search labels via the backend, under admin > knowledge base > configuration > 'Settings' tab. The 'Labels Box' section includes text input settings.
