Watch how to install the Echo Knowledge base plugin in a few easy steps.
Written Tutorial
- First go to the Admin -> Plugins page
- Next click on the Add New menu
- In the top Search bar search for Echo Knowledge base for documents
- Scroll over to the Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs
- Click on the Install Now button.
- Click Activate
- You will be forwarded to the Theme Wizard that will guide you through a setup of up your knowledge base.
