Read about how to access predefined KB Designs which were initially shown during the Knowledge Base Setup Wizard.

Step 1 Navigate to the KB Designs

Open the KB frontend Editor and then:
- Click on the Navigation button
- Click on the Enabled Sections tab
- Hover over the Page Content text and click on the Edit Section link.

Step 2 Choose Initial KB Design
Copy link to this section: Choose Initial KB Design
- Open the Features tab if not visible.
- In the Predefined KB Designs drop down - select any of the designs. The right screen will refresh with the design. The designs are the same ones you have seen during your KB setup.
- If you want to change the current design to the selected one click Save.
