How do I print an invoice?

When registering your account please use the same email that you used to purchase add-ons.

Find the email address that you used to purchase the plugins and then:
1. If you have not yet registered on our website, setup your account here: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/register/
2. Login into your account at https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/your-account/
3. On the Your Account page, find the plugin you want an invoice for.
4. Click on the related Generate Invoice link.
5. Fill in your information and click to generate your invoice.

License FAQs

After my license expires what will happen?

Your plugin will never be disabled because of an expired license key. In addition,

  • Your plugin will continue to work for your current version of WordPress and Knowledge Base.
  • You will not receive support for your add-ons.
  • You will not receive new updates that include:
    • Bug fixes
    • New Features
    • Updates to keep compatible with the latest version of WordPress and KB plugin

 

Do I need a license for my test or staging site?

You do not need a license for non-production sites.

My license shows this error “This license is not active for this URL.” How do I update my license?

I have moved my website to a new domain. How do I update my license?

Find the email address that you used to purchase the plugins and then:
1. If you have not yet registered on our website, setup your account here: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/register/
2. Login into your account at https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/your-account/
3. Once logged-in, go to the Purchases page
4. For each license, select View Licenses and click on Manage Sites link. At the bottom of the page, update your URL.

How do I receive the 50% renewal discount?

As long as you renew your license before it expires you will receive the 50% renewal discount. If your license already expired, you will still receive a 20% discount when you renew.

How do I renew my license?

You have two options:
a) In WordPress

Go to WordPress admin -> Knowledge Base -> Add-ons -> Licenses tab and click on the license renewal link

b) Login into your account

Please follow these steps using the email address that you used to purchase the plugins:

  1. If you have not yet registered on our website, setup your account here: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/register/
  2. Login into your account at https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/your-account/
  3. Once logged-in, go to the Purchases page
  4. For each license, select View Licenses and click on Extend License link.

I Cannot Verify My License Because My Site is Behind a Firewall

WordPress plugin needs Internet access in order to display notifications about the new version of the plugin and to allow it to download and install the new version from the WordPress repository. Similarly, KB add-on requires access to the Internet in order to check for a new version and to allow it to download and install the new add-on version from our repository.

If you cannot verify your license and plugin version because your website is not connected to the Internet or has a firewall preventing access, you need to update your add-on manually.

You also have to ignore the license error (the add-on will work even with the warning) and manually check if a new version of the add-on is available by logging in to your license account (see above for instructions).
