Where Do I Register or Login to My Account?
Find the email address that you used to purchase the plugins and then:
- If you have not yet registered on our website, setup your account: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/register/
- Login into your account: https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/your-account/
How Do I Change URL/Domain?
In order to change your website domain (URL) under which your Echo license is registered, please sign into your Echo license account and make your change there:
Go to the Account Dashboard
Go to the Account Dashboard: Click here
Go to the License Keys Page
Click on the License Key section.
Manage Site Link
Find the Add-on you wish to update, click on the Manage Sites link.
Deactivate Site
If you have multi-site license, choose the site you wish to deactivate the license.
Activate License on the New Site
Go back to your new website to the license section of the Knowledge base, enter your license key and save.
How Do I Download My Add-ons?
First Option: Purchase Email
After your purchase, you should have received an email with the download links. Please check your spam folder.
Second Option: Download From Your Account
You can always access the download links from your account page.
Go to the Account Dashboard: Click here
Download History
Go to your download history page.
Download Zip Files
Choose the zip file links to download the plugin.
How Do I Renew My License?
Renew your license in one of two ways:
Option 1: Knowledge Base Link to Checkout
Go to your Knowledge base plugin in the admin.
- Click on the Add-ons / News Menu
- Click on the Licenses Tab
- Click on the renew your license key link.
This link will take you to the checkout form to renew the license.
Option 2: Log into your account
Go to the Account Dashboard
Go to the Account Dashboard: Click here
Go to the License Keys Page
Click on the License Key section.
Manage Site Link
Find the add-on you wish to extend, click on the Extend license link.
How Do I Change Account Name and Email?
Go to the Account Dashboard
Go to the Account Dashboard: Click here
Go to the Edit Profile Page
Click on the Edit Profile link.
Edit Profile
From here you can change your profile name, email and all other information.
How Do I Update My Payment Method?
To update your credit card, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your account dashboard. https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/account-dashboard/
- Click on the "Your Subscriptions" button.
- Find the subscription you wish to update.
- Click the "Update Payment Method" link.
How Do I Get Invoice For My Purchase or Subscription?
To get invoice your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your account dashboard. https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/account-dashboard/
- Click on the "Your Subscriptions" or "Purchase History" button.
- Click the "View Invoice" link.
- Print the invoice using the Print button.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to your account dashboard. https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/account-dashboard/
- Click on the "Your Subscriptions" button.
- Find the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel" link.
