Our Knowledge Base uses Custom Post Types (CPT ). It is a common practice to use WordPress CPT to separate different types of content. Some page builders and plugins already detect the CPT and work automatically. However for some builders you need to configure KB CPT manually.

Follow the steps in the screenshot. If you have multiple KBs check all that apply and save.
