Features and Sidebar Wizard - Article Sidebars Step

On the Articles Sidebars step, you will see new settings to control your widths. See #2 in the screenshot below.

Width Settings

Here is the breakdown of the article widths and what elements they control.

Article Page - Width

With controls the whole article page. This will control the inner content and how much it can expand. If you set this to 100% the Header and Footer will go to the edges of the website. 

Article Body - Width

Left Sidebar - Width

The Left Sidebar width is a percentage based value. For example if you set it to 20%. Then it’s 20% of the article Body total width. Please note: The Left Sidebar , Center Content and Right sidebar must equal 100% in total.

With controls the sidebars and center content max width. If you set this to 1080px for example and keep the Article Page width at 100%, you will get the effect of having a full Width Search bar but a centered article. 

Center Content -Width

The Center Content width is a percentage based value. For example if you set it to 60%. Then it’s 60% of the article Body total width. Please note: The Left Sidebar , Center Content and Right sidebar must equal 100% in total.

Right Sidebar - Width

The Left Sidebar width is a percentage based value. For example if you set it to 20%. Then it’s 20% of the article Body total width. Please note: The Left Sidebar , Center Content and Right sidebar must equal 100% in total.
