2. Add Articles and Categories
Add articles, categories and tags in one of the three ways:
- Add articles, categories and tags manually
- Import articles, categories, tags and more. See Import Scenarios Overview
- Convert posts to articles and categories. See Convert Posts/CPTs to Articles
In this step, you can manually add categories and articles to your Knowledge Base.
Click on the Edit KB Articles button and start adding and updating your articles. Remember to add a category to each article.
Click on the Edit KB Categories button and start adding and editing categories for your knowledge base. Then assign articles to your new categories.
