1. Main page layout broken.

If your Knowledge base page looks similar to this, this means you have configured WPML incorrectly. What is happening here is the CSS is not being outputted on the other languages.

1.1 Edit KB main page.

In your admin,

  1. Choose the language that has the issue for the KB main page.
  2. Click on the KB page to edit the page that has the KB Shortcode.

1.2 Update page

Now that you are editing the page, click the update button and that should refresh the KB Main page is your other language. Do this to all your language main pages.

2. Main page missing Categories or Articles

If your other language KB main pages are missing Categories or Articles that is because you have not setup your translations correctly.

3. Main page Icons are not matching

If your icons are not matching you will need to manually edit each language KB Main page and setup those icons.

  1. Switch to your other language
  2. Choose Configurations
  3. Choose Main page
  4. Choose Tuning
  5. Choose Style under Categories
  6. Select your category then choose your icon.

4. Main page Category / Article Sequence difference

You will need to manually organize each KB Main to match them up.

  1. Switch to your other language
  2. Choose Main page
  3. Choose Organize

Now you will have to reorganize your articles and categories.
