Adding a New Article

To add a new KB article, select “Add New Articles” under the “Knowledge Base” menu:

You can add your KB categories and sub-categories to the article or create new categories within the article Edit screen:

Updating an Article

 

Open a list of articles by selecting “All Articles” on the Knowledge Base menu:

List all KB Article

Either search for your article or find it in the list and hover over it to see “Edit” link:

Deleting an Article

 

Open a list of articles by selecting “All Articles” on the Knowledge Base menu:

 

List all KB Article

Either search for your article or find it in the list and hover over it to see “Trash” link:

Delete KB Article

 

Updating Article Categories

 

An article can belong to one or more categories and sub-categories. Categories and sub-categories can be managed on the article edit screen:

KB Update Article Category

KB plugin comes with a default) category called ‘Articles‘. An article is added to the default category if has not been given a specific category.
