Knowledge Base articles can have comments enabled or disabled. Before comments will show or not on Article pages there are several places that needs to be configured:


To find the comments settings

Go to:

Configuration -> Article Page -> Features -> Comments

Check the box if you would like to enable comments on your KB articles.

WordPress/Theme Configuration

Additional comment settings have to be configured within WordPress and current theme settings. For details see Enabling Article Comments
