Categories List Widget

The widget shows a list of top categories, all categories or chosen categories.

Widget options:

Parameters:

• Title – widget title
• KB ID – leave 1 unless you use Multiple KBs add-on
• Filter: (optional) which categories to display. ‘all’ or ‘top’ categories. Only works if category_ids parameter is not used.
• Category ID(s): (optional) – lists the relevant category ids. You can find ids by looking at the category URL when editing the category (see tag_ID) or using the plugin we developed here
• order_by can be either ‘date created’ or ‘date modified’. Set to ‘date modified’ if missing.
